MakeMKV for videostream to include FEL DV layer/eac3to for the rest!
Audio from regular Blu-ray USA (both 24 bits and similar bitrates, but UHD got an empty
LFE)! Regular English subtitles ocr’d from SDH ones! Subtitles from all discs, all
tonemapped to 60% white (since those from UHD disc came @100% white)!
