The UHD doesn’t have Dolby Vision.
Many of these HYBRID release are taking the DV layer from a 2160p WEB-DL and applying it to the UHD.
If done right, it might be a slight improvement over the stock UHD, BUT there are soooooo many things that can go wrong by adding WEB DV to non-DV UHD remuxes.
Just a fair warning.
