The subtitles have the following format PGS (Blu-Ray) / .sup that are
merged with the video and audio.

RELEASE NOTES
Compared the NLD disc to the GER disc, but unfortunately the GER disc was useless, hardcoded subs worse pq so just stayed with the NLD disc. 
Unfortunately both discs didn't come with english subs while their are quite a few foreign lines, so I grabbed the forced srt subs from the aBa encode, slightly improved and converted them to PGS.
