    Probably nothing more than just adding the DV layer and some subtitles. Which, if those were in the original source, would warrant a PROPER release, but doing a Hybrid REMUX using additional sources like WEB DV and WEB subtitles shouldn’t be labeled as a PROPER. Why groups want to tag the releases as PROPER is lame. If there was nothing wrong with the first release then any release afterwards shouldn’t be titled a PROPER, but rather a Hybrid or REPACK.     Proper Due to scene rules, whoever releases a certain release the first, has won that race. For example, when a group releases the CAM version of Titanic the first. If there is something “wrong” with the release (poor quality, out-of-sync, audio errors etc.) and another group has a better/correct version, it can release it and add PROPER to the release title to avoid being nuked.     I just realized that this may not be a WEB DV inject but rather a remux from the German UHD from Plaion Pictures!

    Okay, this has been remuxed from the German UHD, it is NOT a WEB DV inject. I downloaded this and checked it out compared to my US UHD. This Hybrid is DV Profile 7.6, a WEB DV inject would be DV Profile 8.1. The bit rate is slightly higher than the US UHD at about 3 Mb/s… not much, but it actually has a worse encode. Higher bit rate is not always better. While both versions suffer from a below average encode with macro blocking, the German version is significantly worse despite the higher bit rate.
