I believe this is one of those early digital releases, like with Dune Part Two, good picture, bad sound.
You are correct. I believe it is actually a Russian or German Webrip with English line audio added
it is from a Russian service, it was confirmed elsewhere, although it is webdl but it seems that only Russian audio was available and not English.
