Yep. The Netflix maximum is a little bit more than 15, and this number is way too extravagant, uncommon.

there is a major difference between WEBRIP and WEB-DL.

So the films has been released @1080p only? does that release is just an upscalded version?

it’s a “WEBRIP” captured with a capture card.
Step two was extracting the DV Metadata from the 1080p DV “WEB-DL”and injected it in the WEBRIP HEVC file.

No, of course there is on NETFLIX a 2160p stream, but it’s a little tricky to get that for us 😉
You have to wait for 2160p HDR WEB-DL with injected DV metadata (for example SiC releases) or untouched 2160p DV Profile 5 release (green/purple on non DV Screens).

I’m not beginner but nor a specialist, and I have always wondered how people extract videos from SVOD services. So I had to verify, the Netflix version is 2160p indeed, so to my mind it seems that people who extract videos can’t always extract the 2160p version, which explains the web rip captured obviously. In any case it’s not intuitive to take it as read that sometimes web-dl is possible and sometimes not, especially when the technical process isn’t well-known. “WEBRIP” means capture card release, + Dolby Vision RPU of the 1080p DV Release injected.
