Downloaded subtitle segments as a single .srt file
Edited .srt file to remove duplicate lines that occured every 3-5 minutes
Remuxed .ts and .srt into a .mkv

Enjoy. I admit quality could be better but it is what it is for now. This took a long time to do. Big thankyou to IAmMrRobot for his help with downloading the .ts streams as my home speed kept making me have to do some episodes again and again.
