Cause they dont have to take care of kids / go out of business for 9 months / a year a couple times? its not rocket science.
It’s a myth. Paying men more than women for the same work has been illegal since the 1970s and wasn’t widespread even then. We don’t get documentaries on why women in the UK got their old age pension five years before men did despite living longer than men. Feminazi equality.
If they did, employers would only hire women to save money. The only exception would be for jobs that women are incapable of doing at all or as well as a man. So… most jobs 😀
