This is a German WEB-DL – it’s in English, but the opening text is in German and it is not subtitled. You want the other one by RUMOUR – that one has English opening text.
but RUMOUR’s rip has wrong luminance (blown out).

Both are Web-DLs, not rips. Not sure why the two appear to be different. Rumour seems to have better color. Not sure if it’s actually blown out.
