Used MakeMKV 1.17.8 for the DV videostream, The rest was demuxed with eac3to.

Video and Audio from the GBR UHD.

Original Stereo included.

Even though the KL UHD has lossless commentaries they were pretty much identical KLUHD Subtitles from all discs and the web (iTunes), synced and tonemapped as required. I to the ones on the GBR UHD.

Named chapters from the NTSC DVD, set to matching I-Frames.
