Favourite nostalgic 1930s Hollywood movie from the 1990s. Approach it that way, and not as a superhero/graphic novel movie, and you will enjoy it far more. Jennifer is luscious, unearthly physical perfection, Alan Arkin is great, as always, Timothy Dalton is sinister and suave, and clearly having a ball, our hero is fine, if a tad bland.
