HYBRID, since the GER UHD disc came only with 1769 kbps / 16-bit @24fps, audio from
NOR regular BD was used (3266 kbps / 24-bit @24fps) + subs from NOR and USA have been
sync'd and muxed frame accurate! Be aware the UHD disc is SDR not HDR (BT.709)!
