99% sure it’s the Director’s Cut going by the running time and skimming through the video. I think the “Director’s Cut” label is only for the US release, and since this is from a foreign source it’s not tacked on to it. I don’t think the Weinstein cut was ever shown outside of it’s original Festival presentation in 2017 nor do I think it will ever see the light of day.
