Anyone know the hybrid attributes? Why it is a hybrid?
Because of dolby vision, on original disc there is no dolby vision just hdr10 i don’t know how they get dolby vision maybe from some web release of tenet if someone know give is info.
Can the author confirm if dolby vision is ripped from webdl or from a 4k bluray disk ?
99.99% it comes from web-dl as most of Nolan 4K discs don’t have DV and Atmos (Batman Trilogy, Prestige, Tenet, Dunkirk, Inception, Interstellar 4K discs all are ‘basic’ HDR10 and DTS-HD MA MCh).
There were early DV hybrids, but those were done using generated DV metadata from Resolve or other autoring tools, so not approved by anyone ‘official’ (though some DVs/HDR10+ on streaming services or even on Discs are also done without any official input by creators…)
