Dolby Vision MKV Playback via Nvidia Shield TV has been possible for a while..
How? Via PLEX? Or Kodi using ExoPlayer?
yes, it has, for non DV device, it will backward to HDR10, but for DV device, there’s a little bit problem, direct usb TV to oled will be flicker contentiously, unless u have nvidia shield, than it will work perfectly
Oh it’s real, works great too on Apple TV, just make sure you use the 5.1 track for DV to work.

Dolby Vision is awful.
As long as we think it looks better over HDR10, that’s all that matters. lmao
DOLBY VISIONE needs 1080p secondary video track to works, that is missing
