Sorry I was wrong here, it was S6E1 episode not S6E6.
I have found a different, older version of this episode S6E1.
In there almost 45 more seconds exists in this exact part of the video.
I believe this version here was censored because it involves details about jurisdiction concerning the issues. It was probably decided that the current British public should not be allowed to see and hear what the judges are discussing. However, it was censored so clumsily that the video shows an error in this part…
