Source #1: USA VS UHD Blu-ray – used for all the DC stuff plus the theatrical commentary Source #2: PAL DVD- used for named chapters (adjusted for DC cut times and added two chapters) Director’s cut is only supplied with the original Dolby matrixed stereo surround soundtrack.
