ENCODER'S NOTES..: Left/right, bottom dirties fixed with overlay+balanceborders.
The film's title plus a few black scenes with titles like "November, 2004"
was in Spanish also the end warner logo was missing, so I replaced these scenes
from the US BD recreating it frame accurately.
Fortunately none of these scenes had any footage from the movie itself
so I had a lucky break. This Spanish BD doesn't have any HC subs as the
ITA BD had. I also used the original US audio.
