Lip sync delays on multiple devices and equipment :-/
Yea, A/V definitely out of sync in the video file. EPSiLON has really been getting sloppy lately.
The film has audio delay 11050 ms
You can use MKVToolNix and put audio delay 11050 ms on the properties tab.
Press start multiplexing and the final MKV will have perfect audio sync.
