I thank you greatly. Is there any chance of an MP4 Dolby Vision Plz, I play through LG CX and DV mkv format doesn’t work eveything is purple. Or is there a solve apart from buying Shield. Thanks again
I use Apple TV 4K with Infuse software which seem to play most DV Not sure about this one yet
Remux to mp4, or to ts (with tsmuxer) – then it should work fine!

You can use “Kodinerds” which will playback 4k Dolby Vision MKV files great on a Android device like Shield TV.

I have been using it for a few months now thanks to someone here who recommended it to me. Its very stable on my Shield TV Pro.
I have heard The official Kodi builds will add these fixes also once they feel it’s stable enough.
Anyway I highly recommended Kodinerds!
GET THIS KODI, IT PLAYS DV MKV, ITS WAY BETTER THAN KODINERDS, I TESTED BOTH. I LIKE THIS ONE MORE, FEELS MORE FASTER/STABLE.
