Is it just me or is the video choppy? This is the first time i am experiencing this with these 2160p MKVs. the previous release didnt chop and i have downloaded the hybrid repack 3 times over… still choppy? what are you others experiencing?

i have downloaded these files 3 times over! is it just me, or is the video choppy? the previous release that got nuked did not have this problem. i am an avid consumer of these 2160p MKVs and have never experienced this with any of the other files! what are you experiences?
