Thanks bro
Anyone struggling to get this to play on plex with DV?
I think the colours are all wrong ?
Color primaries: Dolby Vision
MP4 dudes ?
Thank you..
Plays perfect on lg oled with nvidia shield / plex
Hey space 1999 that’s exactly what I’m doing. Tried 2 different releases. Plex doesnt pick this up as a dv file!
If you’re using an older Shield (pre 2019 iirc), that doesn’t have a DV license.
Yea, this also works on my LG OLED w/ Shield 2019 but not via the built-in TV Plex app, it doesn’t trigger DV.
How do I convert this to mp4 keeping DV?
there’s a release on the web “Dune.2021.2160p.HMAX.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.Atmos.DV.MP4.x265-DVSUX” in mp4 format ,look it up
Thank you!
which program would you use to turn this into an mp4 file without any loss of quality?
DV Web L5 will generally play on my LG C6 OLED if converted to m2ts and audio re-encoded to DD @ 640kbps max. Subtitles only work if extracted as external srt files named exactly as m2ts but with srt extension.
