I don’t know what this is. There’s no way this is a remux of a bluray.

is a remux, and is 23.75GB, compared to this 15.5GB.
This IS a BD remux. The 23 GB remux you refer to contains both English and Spanish audio tracks. This one has only English. Each DTS track is roughly 1.5 GB in size. That’s how you end up with size difference.
Actually they both contain only English soundtracks. The difference in size is largely due to the video bitrate, which is around 36Mb/s for the 23.75GB version but only 21Mb/s for the 15.5GB version, however there is also a small difference in soundtrack bitrate. It is quite possible the smaller one is a remux, just from a different authoring that used a lower bitrate: this is animation after all with lower detail and more consistent large areas of colour that should compress better than live action.
