Great but I gotta ask. Anyone else have serious video issues? Mine skips scenes and randomly looks like when you have digital cable connection issues. Same with a lot of 4K remux I got like Dr Strange. Then others look amazing. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
I do too. I solved it by removing a few subtitles! Idk why but apparently, my tv plays the file properly if the MKV contains ONLY up to 32 tracks including Video, Audio and Subs. If the subs are above 32 it gets pixelated, glitchy and as you have said “extreme static and skip scenes” so you might want to remove some of the subtitles. Do reply here if it works for you! 🙂
Thanks for responding. Are you using Samsung? Thats why I hate smart TV OS…they all suck. Im gonna try what you suggested for Strange as well. I hope it works for all Framestore REMUXs even though Rambo II from Epsilon works great. I ended up downloading the full BD and those M2ts files work amazing.
Yes, I am using a Samsung UHD TV directly plugged at the back with my external HDD. It’s pretty much the same problem on all Smart TV’s because they cannot handle a container which holds loads of tracks like audio and subs. Sometimes, the subtitles that Framestor or Epsilon provides are way too much.
WOW!!! Good call on removing useless audio and subs! Pain in the butt but works great on The Matrix Frame REMUX. Got a lot of new downloading to do…gonna burn that modem/router up! Thanks.
