    RELEASE NOTES
    REPACK: Missed adding additional subtitles from HD-DVD. Sorry for the hassle!
    English SDH are from the Mill Creek Blu-ray. The subtitles are a bit more jagged
    looking than the HD-DVD verions, but positioning is better.

    Chapters/names from NTSC DVD, synced to scene changes.
