Do you need to demux the DV WEB-DL or extract the RPU?
And how do you insert the DV into the Blu Ray HEVC file?

I tried to do something similiar with two WEB-DLs. Mediainfo tells me that Dolby Vision is present but this release contains an unsual Codec. Why is that so?
I have no idea, I did 7 DV remux from web-dl and they all worked.

Dolby Vision not working on LG C9 built in video player. Only HDR10. It is some way? Maybe mp4 container?
You need an external media player such as Shield Pro 2019, Zidoo z9x or the current Dune 4ks for the correct playback of Dolby Vision.
or you could just remux the file to TS with tsmuxer.
