How amazing!
I was just recently considering picking this up from iTunes, and now I find season 1 posted here, albeit it only in 720p. Still, I’m most appreciative, thanks for posting.
I hope maybe some more seasons will be forthcoming, and maybe if I’m super lucky, the 1080p WEB-DL’s (But I won’t hold my breath)

Is this the original format 4/3 or 16/9 ?

The images you see above are captures from the actual files on offer. So as you can see, they’re 4:3. Also above those images, you’ll see the tech specs of the files, including the resolution, which is 960×720. Normally a 720p file would be 1280×720 because they’re usually 16:9, however, these files are only 960×720 because the image isn’t as wide.
I just mention it so that maybe you’ll recognise this in the future and it’ll help.
