What is the reason for the repack?

REPACK: Proper 5.1 remix. Someone wrote why the 2.0 on Shout and all other editions have the cymbal cue much later like the LD; it seems the MGM’s 5.1 remix also has it at the right time, so those downmixes came from the previous 5.1 remix. The new 5.1 remixes have that part wrong, from Shout and forth (they’re all the same, only Shout is 16-bit with padded zeroes, GER also 16-bit with heavy dithering, and lastly Arrow is missing the last minutes rear right channel).
