Reason for Repack: Problem with DV layer on previous release. Badly authored disc.
No, it’s just Framestore’s lack of skills/knowledge. FEL + RPU are just fine when muxed with dovi_tool.exe

framestore is not just one guy; they are like 10 guys in the team.
The first release was a mistake, this repack is just incompetence.
The.Ninth.Gate.1999.REPACK3.UHD.BluRay.2160p.TrueHD.Atmos.7.1.DV.HEVC.REMUX-FraMeSToR
Reason for Repack3: File name typo fix, makemkv failed to the demux the DV EL correctly so demuxing has been done with DGDemux which did not suffer the same issue.
You can enter seed just rename REAPCK2 to REPACK3, rest is the same.
