Looks green on my LG G2.
The files is a Dolby Vision one, only some devices can read it, usually TVs can’t, their players are too simple, outdated.
You can remux the mkv to m2ts files using tsMuxer and they play as Dolby Vision on my LG CX, along with Dolby Atmos audio.
Only a handful of devices recognise Dolby Vision in mkv files.
