Definitely Season 4
According to IMDB there’s no Season 4.
The show ended after 3 seasons.
In TVDB though, there’s a season 4 named “Jack Irish: Last Rite”. I don’t know which one is right.
Title says Season 4, Filenames say Season 2. Looked at one episode – it’s an old one. Better save your bandwidth…
