This isn’t DV it’s HDR10 all remux scene releases stating DV/HDR10 are referring to 1080p DV & 2160p HDR10. If you look at the BD release it clearly states 2160p HDR10 and 1080p DV.
All Dolby Vision tracks on UHD are 1080p secondary video tracks. No matter what.
