Used MakeMKV 1.17.6 for the DV videostream, The rest was demuxed with eac3to.
Video from the ITA UHD and Audio from the GER UHD.
Subtitles from all discs and the web (iTunes), synced and tonemapped as required.
Forced subtitle track from the GER UHD, also merged into the standard English subs and English SDH subs.
The Forced English Subtitles have been adjusted to fit in frame.
BRA BD subs have been adjusted to account for a changing offset.
Named chapters from the ITA BD, translated to English and set to matching I-Frames.
Proper Reason: Superior video from the ITA UHD and audio from the GER UHD.
