Dolby Vision file mkv,no HDR,only mp4 works on lg tv with dolby vision support…
The picture displays that way because many player apps don’t support Dolby Vision (best HDR). However, this version of Kodi (for Android) does.

you need external Media Player like Shield Pro, Zidoo, Dune, etc for fully compatibility in Dolby Vision Profile 5 (DV only, Green Purple on other devices) with mkv container.
