PROPER?
The non-PROPER version has a lower bitrate. Perhaps it was from an inferior BD or it was encoded through a de-noiser. There is less film grain on the previous version.
Is this the USA version or the german one ?
Extended cut is the German release. Has German title on the book and credits.
This is the “German Extended Cut” from disc 3 of the recently released Imprint #365 in Australia.
It has better quality than the previous German UHD from Constantin Film released back in 2021.
