I’ve been hoping this might appear with English subtitles after Part II was posted yesterday. Here it is and my sincere thanks to the uploader for posting.
English subs have been available for months. The problem is there are many different ones and many of them have silly grammar or spelling errors. Does this one actually fix those issues?
