goolgable (though you will need to try a few links to get them)
unfortunately, for me at least they are out of syn by >3s.
if you use “MPC-HC” you can easily use F2/F3 keys while video is playing or paused for any format. F1 makes subs appear FASTER and F2 makes them appear LATER (relative to how the subtitle is bring read) and if you go too far in one direction use the opposite key to get it sync’d exact hope this helps someone 😀
