4k widevine rip involves using an Nvidia Shield.
But basically they can rip the eps on this hardware. When done and they release Netflix can see what device was used to do it (watermarking in the streams), and will then ban that device from ever being used again on their service.
The method used for 4K DRM removal involves a rooted android phone, not the shield. Netflix does not ban devices(they never did), but they actively update the CDM when they notice that the newer stuff get leaked. I don’t think there is any watermark because that would also affect screen captures and N0TTZ doesn’t seem to have issue ripping the latest NF titles.
