The subtitles have the following format PGS (Blu-Ray) / .sup that are
merged with the video and audio.

RELEASE NOTES
CEE, EUR and GER all have the same audio + video so I used the video from the CEE source and included all the subtitles of these 3 discs.
The USA had the better audio track and a proper English (SDH) subitle track so I synced these by 125 ms.
