note: I’ve checked again what is the difference between arrow and cc and both are 23,976 but still uk has more than one sound (6 channel and mono) but usa has only mono sound. Hence, my guess is valid.

I have not found any information about it but it seems this is the rip from Criterion 4K because of 23,976 fps (not 24) and mono sound.
