NOTES
Demuxed with latest DGDemux with DV merge function. The grade from DV/HDR10+ iTunes is the same as on the UHD Blu-ray, the grade matches 100% and it’s possible to inject either the cm v4.0 (the UHD only has v2.9) or the HDR10+ from the iTunes 4K WEB-DL.

The levels 3,8,9,11 were transferred to the UHD RPU with dovi_tool, and the HDR10+ was injected with latest hdr10plus_tool.

Best SDH sub is from the Paramount UHD or BD, all other web ones are crap having 3 lines and no separation of dialogue with dashes. The regular one however, is decent, but still misses song lyrics, so added both options. Corrected a few chapters to land on I-frames and named the last chapter for end credits.
