It’s not HDR (even if color primaries are ok), there are no luminance, no master display. (And there isn’t any VOD places with HDR version so…)
Also, it’s not a web-dl (bitrate doesn’t match). And the framerate has been set wrong: 23.976 is different than 24000/1001, which causes a desync of all subtitles.
