There are tools that allow you to re-render any audio track.
There are even tools available with a GUI that come with fairly self-explanatory presets. For example, 25p to 23.976p or 24p to 23.976p, 25p to 24.00p, etc. All of this can be done with or without pitchfix, which must be selected beforehand.
Output can be in AC3 or EAC3.
These tools also allow you to output the individual streams (L, C, R, SL, SR, etc.) as lossless FLAC or WAV. This allows you to render a lossless DTSHD again with the (cracked) DTSHD Suite f.e..
It runs via AviSynth and ffmpeg. You’ll have to find the rest yourself.

The 5.1 audio has wrong pitch.

– Now the big reason for it, the 5.1 on the UHD is just a remix, sounding echoey and muffled, a badly done one with wrong pitch (still at 25 fps speedup pitch), not the first time Studio Canal botches or supplies botched audio from PAL masters, the list is extense, they really murdered a lot of audios and should’ve been sent to alcatraz… The previous ones also supplied by Studio Canal but distributed by Universal in Europe and the GER Blu-ray previously released also have Stereos with wrong pitch. Thankfully the Warners on USA territory got always the proper stereo sr mix at right pitch (either be the DVD in 1999 as the Blu-ray in 2012), and was synced to the remux.
Not only the actors like for e.g. Christian Slater have “chipmunk” voices, but the music cues and the fantastic score by Christopher Young is completely botched on said releases.

I’m with you. No hate to CiNEPHiLES, I LOVE their work, but it would have been nice to include the DTS-HD.MA 5.1 track on this. I’m going to stick with this release, Murder.In.The.First.1995.2160p.UHD.BluRay.H265-GAZPROM
