Video and commentary from USA Disc. Audio from the new USA UHD Disc. Video was the same on all Discs. Audio converted to FLAC losslessly with eac3to. Subtitles from all Discs.

Subtitles for People Who Do Not Like the Film were included as optional subtitle tracks. Named chapters from NTSC DVD, set to matching I-frames/scene changes.
