Sources
Source #1: Eureka Entertainment 2026 GBR Blu-ray: Video, audio, subs, commentary (Thanks!)
Source #2: CG Entertainment 2025 ITA Blu-ray: Subtitles, named chapters; via PIG3ON remux (Thanks!)
Source #3: iTunes WEB-DL: Subtitles

Notes
Video demuxed from Source #1 from eac3to. The Eureka video is very slightly zoomed in compared to CG, but the additional bitrate provides a modest improvement in detail. I found this most noticeable in brighter scenes and around faces.
(B) Eureka Entertainment (2026 / GBR) vs (B) CG Entertainment (2025 / ITA): https://slow.pics/c/8Y4LX3be

DTS-HD MA 5.1 main audio demuxed from Source #1 with eac3to. The surround mixes from both discs sound extremely similar in my testing with no clear favorite in terms of perceptual quality. CG audio had some hard limiting and was 16-bit vs 24-bit for Eureka with slightly less dynamic range, so eureka audio was preferred. DD 2.0 commentary demuxed from source #1 with eac3to. The commentary was dual mono with some minor stereoization artifacts, but eac3to gave several errors when attempting to strip to mono this was kept as-is to avoid lossy transcoding.
English (GB) PGS subtitles demuxed from Source #1, OCRed and spellchecked. Italian PGS subs from Source #2 synced. Various SRT subs from iTunes synced. iTunes English (US) subs match the previous Amazon subs, and the translation was slightly different than on the Eureka disc so both were kept. Eureka were set as default for no reason in particular. Both are fine with most of the differences coming in the localization of slang and vernacular, which I personally preferred in the Eureka subs.
Italian named chapters from Source #2 translated to English from PIG3EON remux (thanks!), and adjusted to nearest scene transition I- or P-frame where necessary. End credits chapter added. Enjoy!
