You need an appropriate device like a Zidoo Z9X to watch this kind of DV file. The mkv file should have been done with HDR10 backwards compatibility (with DV RPU injections of the DV metadata on the HDR10 version) or you should mux it to an mp4 container to be able to see it correctly. I just tested it with a Zidoo Z9X and it works fine for me
