In reply to Theo. I do too. I solved it by removing a few subtitles! Idk why but apparently, my tv plays the file properly if the MKV contains ONLY up to 32 tracks including Video, Audio and Subs. If the subs are above 32 it gets pixelated, glitchy and as you have said "extreme static and skip scenes" so you might want to remove some of the subtitles. Do reply here if it works for you! :)

Great movie like all the Marvs. Is anyone else having video issues? Most of the 4K remux I got have extreme static and sometimes skip scenes. Loos like when you n have sihnal isues with your cable box. Then others look amazing! This movie as well as Ant-Man and Casino for example have the same issue. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.
