.NOTES
The source is USA rental AVC 23536kbps with the best PQ and
with hardcoded english subtitles for the foreign parts.
I used the GER source to remove the hardsubs.
There was a scene with different colors on the GER source, 
and fixing the subs only didn't work well, so I replaced
the frames in the encode with those from the GER source, 
while doing some adjustments to make the transition smooth.
I made the english-forced subtitles in ASS format, to match 
exactly the original hardsubs (font/color/position).
Movie had some blocking in the dark areas, so I applied debanding.
