It depends on the website, I imagine, but normally, there should be enough differences between the two files to justify their publication.

Episode 1 of BIOMA 4K DV HDR weighs 6.48 go with video bitrate of 14.3mbs while the SUCCESFULLCRAB is 6.68/14.7 ( which is insignificant.)
The only difference is that the SUCCESFULLCRAB release got HDR10+ and BIOMA one only HDR10.They’ve got # hdr data :

SUCCESFULLCRAB = Dolby Vision, Version 1.0, Profile 8.1, dvhe.08.06, BL+RPU, no metadata compression, HDR10 compatible / SMPTE ST 2094 App 4, Version HDR10+ Profile A, HDR10+ Profile A compatible

All that time to answer you and I’m affraid you just wondering why there is two RG links : well,in that case : it is two part of the same file, sometimes there are 10 parts or even more*, they will make juste one file by themselves after download and zip extraction.
